My girlfriend's email response to this:
I wonder if they play on a baseball diamond. And, instead of a baseball, they pitch a basketball. And, after you swing and hit the basketball, you have to pick up another basketball, dribble to each base. If you make it home, you have to slam dunk at the home plate net. Every time you swing and miss, you get a letter instead of a strike. You strike out by spelling "horse." ....and if you strike out trying to hit a basketball with a baseball bat, then you are worse at sports than I am.
